Luxury beach front, 1 bedroom apartment that was completely refurbished at the beginning of 2017. Originally a 2 bedroom apartment, removing one bedroom to give the feeling of space and to open up the wonderful views.
The open plan lounge/diner and kitchen is a lovely bright, modern and airy space consisting of a 3 seater sofa and chair, dining table for four overlooking the beach and a fully fitted kitchen with all your requirements including a water filter for drinking water. We have free wifi and British TV, there is a sound system with bluetooth and auxiliary ports so you can play your music from a phone, tablet etc There is also fitted air-conditioning and a ceiling fan.
The terrace to the front has glazing which out of the summer season is perfect to enclose or air the property. In the summer months the glazing will be removed and stored to open the space up. The terrace has a lounge bed, a perfect place to read, relax, watch the world go by and soak up the glorious views. There is also a table with 2 chairs.
The bedroom consists of a double bed with built in wardrobes, bedside tables and a ceiling fan, stand alone fan and a heater for the chillier months. There is a wet shower room with toilet and sink and a utility area to the rear with washing machine and a small freezer for your ice and lollies.
All bedding and towels will be provided along with beach towels, which will help with baggage restrictions.

Although the apartment is for 2 people there is also a double sofa bed so can sleep 4 at an additional cost of 10euros pp per night. Mid stay linen change is also available at 10euros per person.
The apartment is in a small block of 11 properties. Directly on the beach with wonderful views. There is no need for a car as all the amenities are close and within walking distance. There is parking in the area but in the height of summer it can become a little harder to find.

Front line beach apartment with open views of the beaches of Los Alcazares and the Mar Menor
Local Area
Los Alcazares is a lovely place to stay, we live in the area.
Staying at the apartment you will have glorious views over the beaches of Los Alcazares and the Mar Menor, the largest salt water lagoon in Europe. Stroll from the apartment and you can enjoy the warmer theraputic waters of the Mar Menor. In the distance you will see La Manga strip which is a narrow piece of land that seperates the Mar Menor from the Mediterranean.
The apartment is idealy situated inbetween the old town and the newer town. There is a supermarket at the end of the road for all your groceries or if you prefer to eat and drink out there is plenty to choose from. Head right along the beach from the apartment and you will going towards the old town for the spanish flavour and left will take you towards the newer town where there are amble and different types of bars and restaurants
The area is very flat, making it ideal for walking and cycling. Only 2km away from the motorway making easy access to all the Murcia region, the historical city of Cartagena, the Calblanque Nature reserve, La Zenia Boulevard (for the shopping enthusiast) and many golf courses are all within easy reach. Tuesdays and Saturdays are markets days in Los Alcazares where many bargains can be found as well as fresh, locally grown fruit and vegetables. You are only a short walk from the Tuesday Market.
