This two bedroomed apartment is situated on the second floor and comprises of a lounge which has two sofas one of which can be used as a sofa bed (please advise if this is necessary so bedding can be provided).  There is dining seating for four and lounge seating for six, plus table and chairs on the spacious outside terrace. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and overlooks the pool, bedroom 2 has twin beds.  In each bedroom there are fitted wardrobes with ample storage space, all bedding and towels will be provided along with beach towels, which will help with baggage restrictions. The bathroom comprises of a bath, shower, toilet, bidet and a storage cupboard underneath the wash hand basin. There is a separate, well equipped kitchen with an oven, ceramic hob with extractor fan, microwave, fridge, washing machine, kettle, toaster, iron, crockery, cutlery, saucepans, and serving dishes.

There are a large selection of DVD's to suit all tastes and a selection of books which you will find in the book case, you will also find information on the local area as well as taxi numbers, excursions and places of interest.  There is dining seating for four and lounge seating for six, plus table and chairs on the spacious outside terrace. Both bedrooms have twin beds.  In each bedroom there are fitted wardrobes with ample storage space, all bedding and towels will be provided along with beach towels, which will help with baggage restrictions. Luxury beach front, 1 bedroom apartment that was completely refurbished at the beginning of 2017.  Originally a 2 bedroom apartment, removing one bedroom to give the feeling of space and to open up the wonderful views.

The open plan lounge/diner and kitchen is a lovely bright, modern and airy space consisting of a 3 seater sofa and chair, dining table for four overlooking the beach and a fully fitted kitchen with all your requirements including a water filter for drinking water. We have free wifi and British TV, there is a sound system with bluetooth and auxiliary ports so you can play your music from a phone, tablet etc  There is also fitted air-conditioning and a ceiling fan.

The terrace to the front has glazing which out of the summer season is perfect to enclose or air the property.  In the summer months the glazing will be removed and stored to open the space up.  The terrace has a lounge bed, a perfect place to read, relax, watch the world go by and soak up the glorious views.  There is also a table with 2 chairs.

The bedroom consists of a double bed with built in wardrobes, bedside tables and a ceiling fan, stand alone fan and a heater for the chillier months.  There is a wet shower room with toilet and sink and a utility area to the rear with washing machine and a small freezer for your ice and lollies.

All bedding and towels will be provided along with beach towels, which will help with baggage restrictions.

The apartment is in a small block of 11 properties. Directly on the beach with wonderful views. There is no need for a car as all the amenities are close and within walking distance. There is parking in the area but in the height of summer it can become a little harder to find.
