This two bedroomed apartment is situated on the ground floor and comprises of a lounge which has two sofas one of which can be used as a sofa bed. There are a large selection of DVD's to suit all tastes and a selection of books which you will find in the book case, you will also find information on the local area as well as taxi numbers, excursions and places of interest. There is dining seating for four and lounge seating for six, plus table and chairs on the spacious outside terrace. Both bedrooms have twin beds. In each bedroom there are fitted wardrobes with ample storage space, all bedding and towels will be provided along with beach towels, which will help with baggage restrictions. The bathroom comprises of a bath, shower, toilet, bidet and a storage cupboard underneath the wash hand basin. There is a separate, well equipped kitchen with an oven, ceramic hob with extractor fan, microwave, fridge, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, iron, crockery, cutlery, saucepans, and serving dishes.

Although the apartment is for 4 people there is also a double sofa bed so can sleep 6 at an additional cost of 50e per week. Mid stay linen change is also available at 10euros per person.

The apartment is in a gated complex with secure parking at the main entrance. There are two pools, one swimming pool and a splash pool for children. During the high season there is a life guard. There are lawned areas with palm trees that provide shade
Local Area
Albatros is a fabulous location, only a five minute walk to the main square, where you will find a supermarket, a large selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The beach is just another short stroll from there, and here you will find the shores of the Mar Menor (little sea) which is a salt water lagoon separated from the Mediterranean by La Manga. A ferry service is available between June and September from Los Alcazares.
The area is very flat, making it ideal for walking and cycling. Only 2km away from the motorway making easy access to all the Murcia region, the historical city of Cartagena, the Calblanque Nature reserve, La Zenia Boulevard (for the shopping enthusiast) and many golf courses are all within easy reach. Tuesdays and Saturdays are markets days in Los Alcazares where many bargains can be found as well as fresh, locally grown fruit and vegetables. There is also a small Monday market at 'La Zona mini-golf' (opposite Consum supermarket) which is a short walk from the apartment and an ideal place to visit if you have small children.

We travelled to Los Alcazares to visit family and absolutely loved our holiday there :-) We will definitely be coming back and will be re-booking the same apartment. It was spotlessly clean and very well-equipped for all the family (there were even beach toys, car booster seats and a potty!). There is a lovely gated terrace at the front of the apartment which provides a secure outdoor play area for even the most curious toddler, haha! The air-con was a life-saver in the evenings as the weather was AMAZING (boiling!) while we were there. The complex is small, pretty, well-maintained and very safe. The kids' pool and larger pool are just around the corner from the apartment, through a very pretty walkway, and there is a lovely area by the pools for a picnic/chill out. The nearest supermarket, bars, restaurants, banks and beach etc are all just a very short walk away which is incredibly handy. The owners are very friendly and helpful too. Honestly couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!
This is the second time I stayed in this beautiful apartment, and can honestly say that it is clean easy and relaxing place to stay. I would highly recommend this place to stay because appart from the excellent standard of the apartment the complex itself is great with a very clean and relaxing pool area and just down the street is a complex of shops, bars and restaurants that would suit anybody. Top class defo staying again
Nice apartment on a smart well kept complex.Close to a good supermarket and excellent restaurants. Apartment outside area was great for chilling in the evening with a drink and in our case a game of cards!
Stylish comfortable apartment has everything you need for the perfect holiday. Situated in a quiet area 10 min walk from the sea and 5 min walk from the numerous Cafes and restaurants. The residential has a spacious swimming pool and a splash pool for the children. Ideal for families with children as well as for couples. The owners could not be more helpful. Just back from another wonderful holiday in Los Alcazares. This apartment is very clean and modern, perfect for a family of four. The boys (4 and 9) had a great time in the pool which is just around the corner from the apartment. The Albatros complex is very safe for children and beautifully kept with nice planting etc. The front terrace is spacious for sitting out and gets the morning sun. The kitchen has everything needed for self-catering. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Suzi and Neil, we had a great time
